Producers

Wallpaper-Kemra-Marble-1-1.jpg

There are vast amounts of licenses and/or permits needed if you are a Producer. Licenses and/or permits are needed on the State and Federal level. As a Producer your time would be better spent producing, not navigating all the red tape and legalities. We are here to help you discover any and all licenses you may need. Once discovered, we will apply for, and keep track of the entire application process.

A few of the things we help with:

New business / startup

The first thing you need to do is find out the kind of licenses and/or permits you will be needing for your specific startup. Every State has their own regulations that need to be investigated. On the federal level you will need to apply for a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. Once these licenses are acquired you may feel like you are ready to move forward with your endeavor, but it is possible you will need separate permits/licenses to manufacture. These are all questions that we find out on your behalf. Not only will we confirm the accurate licensing needed, but we will apply for each one, as well as follow up on them until we see approvals. You can't launch a liquor business without the appropriate permits, and the application process can be lengthy. If you don't have the time for all this hassle we are here to do it for you.

Alternating Proprietorship

An alternating proprietorship is an agreement between a host facility and tenant allowing the host and tenant(s) to share a physical premises. This allows a tenant to have a winery without the added cost of equipment. As an AP you will be responsible for obtaining your own TTB and state licenses/permits. If you are interested in becoming an AP we can help you achieve your licensing/permits.

Mergers and/or Acquisitions

Whether you are merging 2 companies, or you are acquiring a company, the licensing and/or permits will need to be updated for a smooth transition from the seller to purchaser. While you are filling out all the paperwork, and dealing with attorneys, allow us to fill out the necessary applications for the current licenses and/or permits held so they transfer to you as the new owner.

Reporting changes

Once you have your licenses and/or permits any changes made to Officers, Principals or Premises needs to be reported to each licensing agency. Not only do they need to be reported, they also need to be followed up on to assure the changes were reflected on the current licenses and/or permits. This will prevent costly fines for non-reporting.

There isn't anything that we aren't willing to dive into and conquer. Whether it's common or hugely complex, give us a call and lets turn your project into an approval!
